Shipping, Customs, Return Policies

We are now offering free standard shipping for our Australian customers AUD and for our International customers free standard shipping for any purchase over $100 AUD

 

We use Australia Post to ship all of our products world wide. Now on some shipping products we do have tracking and on others we do not. Shipping overseas the tracking  can be a bit expensive so we are a little reluctant to ship that way, but if you the buyer are willing to pay the extra cost, which sometimes can be an extra 50 dollars, then we will ship it that way. All of our international orders are shipped by air, we also offer quicker Express Post for our Aussie mates. After receiving the order all items will be shipped out between 1 to 3 days, excluding holiday's and weekends. If we get the order early on a Friday we will do our very best to get it out that day, if not early Saturday but the post office does close early on a Saturday!

Now please note that all custom fees are the sole responsibility of our international customers. We are unable to ship leather goods to Italy due to their Customs Laws.

All prices are listed as below for non-tracking numbers, if you want a tracking number for international shipping you must get in contact with the store as that does add a bit of money to shipping.

Returns: We do not expect any returns on leather goods as these pieces can not be made shorter or longer once the piece has been made so please double check your measurements before sending any requests.

Chainmaillie: We do not refund on chainmaille but we will fix any problems free of charge.  Should there be a problem, such as the piece is to long or to short all the customer has to do is mail us the piece and we will fix it right up and send it back out to you at no extra cost we will even refund you the cost of shipping.. Return policy is for 60 days from shipping on all chainmaille goods, but after those 60 days should something break or need to be replaced send us an email and we will let you know what it will cost to get it fixed, we only charge material price for any and all fixes.
